The Elder-Well Adult Day Program, a new social model adult day franchise program, recently commemorated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Representatives from the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, Natick Center Cultural District, and Elder-Well were present.

Elder-Well’s daily services include group and individual therapeutic and educational activities; health and wellness monitoring; community outings and presentations; nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack; gentle exercise programs; and more.

Additionally, support for activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) will be provided, as will specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia support services for clients and their family caregivers.

Tours of the space are currently underway, and applications for participation are now being accepted. To schedule a tour or learn more, call 508-655-2536, email [email protected] or visit www.elderwelladultday.com
