Indoor mushroom farmer, Isaiah Chavez from Mighty Mountain Mushrooms in Colorado, will teach us about growing mushrooms indoors.  From choosing the ideal location and proper soil to nurturing and harvesting your edible fungi, Mr. Chavez will cover all the basics.
