SUMMARY:"Mystery at Broadmoor" An Immersive Victorian Mystery Experience
DESCRIPTION:A respected gentleman has vanished after arriving in Broadmoor. You are the detective and you will have the opportunity to question suspicious characters\, gather clues from local merchants\, and help solve the mystery before nightfall. \nThe Natick Center Cultural District and Faeguild Wonders invites you to solve “Mystery at Broadmoor\,” in Natick Center on Thursday\, July 30\, 2026\, from 5:00-8:00 PM. The evening begins with a short scene on the pedestrian bridge over the Natick Center MBTA Station\, then visit each of the participating shops to interact with the live\, costumed characters who will give you clues to solve the mystery\, and the shops will stamp your train ticket. Michele Gabrielson is an award-winning local history teacher and historic interpreter of the 18th century.  Ms. Gabrielson serves as the secretary for the nonprofit Mercy Otis Warren Society\, is a member of the Authenticity Standards Committee for Minuteman National Historic Park and is the coordinator for the Battle Road Guides for the annual reenactment of the Battle of Lexington and Concord. She was awarded a 2024 Rising Star Award for Public History by the Massachusetts History Alliance for her programming titled\, “The Revolutionary Classroom\,” and named a finalist for the 2024 Massachusetts History Teacher of the Year.  She was the Massachusetts Daughters of the American Revolution’s Outstanding History Teacher of the Year for 2025 and the 2025 winner of the Fred Graham Award for Excellence in Teaching from the Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati. \n \nMichael LePage has been a historical interpreter and reenactor since 1993. From being a private soldier in the American Revolution and Civil War hobbies\, he has gone on to play historic roles such as John Adams\, Paul Revere\, and Dr. Joseph Warren. He has performed at Adams National Historical Park\, the Paul Revere House\, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum\, and many other historical sites and venues. History has been his passion since he was in grade school during the Bicentennial. He graduated from Duxbury High School in Massachusetts in 1984\, then the University of Maine with a B.A. in History in 1989. \nPublic bathrooms are located at Natick Town Hall & the Morse Institute Library \nKeep checking back for updates!
