Prussian-Wolfe & Company is the DBA of Stephen W. Wolfe, which was formalized in 1979. Prussian-Wolfe is primarily engaged in the development, redevelopment and management of real estate for its own portfolio. Although Prussian-Wolfe has owned and managed residential properties in the past (including apartments and condominiums) in recent years it is now primarily focused on commercial real estate. Prussian-Wolfe also engages in business and financial consulting.

Clark’s Block Associates purchased the Clarke Block in Natick Center in 1979 and over the last quarter century+ has—on an ongoing basis—brought the property into a viable condition for the 21st century. Among the improvements has been the installation of a 2nd elevator, handicap acess to the upper floors, handicap bathrooms, modern HVAC, new interior staircases, general maintenance, and rehabilition of the property.

The property consists of retail space on the ground floor and primarily office space on the upper floors. It currently has approximately 40 tenants totalling about 125 employees.
