creative placemaking

A partnership of The Natick Center Cultural District, the Town of Natick, and Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), our Creative Placemaking program is designed to use art as a way to make Natick Center more welcoming and easier to navigate.

According to the National Endowment for the Arts, Creative Placemaking “draws on all artistic disciplines, and can be deployed as a strategy to address a wide range of community issues or challenges from public health to safety, economic development to housing.”
