The Natick Historical Society and Natick for Black Lives Matter will host a reading of Frederick Douglass’s “What to a Slave is the 4th of July” at 11:00 am at the Common Street Spiritual Center.
The celebration continues with the Natick Center Cultural District’s Juneteenth event at the First Congregational Church from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. The event will include musical performances by The Drum Nomads, Slow Boat Home, Squeezebox Stompers, and Holly Chin Vocal Studio, fun activities, and food from Mig’s Dogs, Sentie’s Kitchen, and Clarke’s Cookies & Cakes.
ASL Interpreting Services will be available during the event.
